Kenya’s leading radio personality Shaffie Weru is the most sought after entertainer and MC right now. A multi-faceted brand, he becomes the first media personality to sign with Temple Management – East Africa. Speaking at the big reveal, he said, “I am so glad to be part of Temple Management. Shaffie Weru’s energetic vibe is on every morning as he hosts one of Kenya’s most listened to urban show “Breakfast with the Stars” alongside Adelle Onyango on KISS 100. He was unveiled at the Nairobi offices of Temple Management – East Africa (July 17th, 2017). Troy White, the Managing Director was elated about Shaffie joining the Tempe family saying, “Shaffie is the most fun and professional brand I have ever met. Shaffie Weru is a vibrant, energetic and bubbly radio presenter, an entertainer, MC and the real turn up King in Kenya. With a career spanning over a decade in the media, Shaffie started out as a reporter and producer at Royal Media Services before moving to Radio Africa Group where he has continued to rock the airwaves ever since. He took over radio by storm with co- host Kalekye Mumo on the KISS 100 Drive show before moving to host the Breakfast Show following the exit of Caroline Mutoko. Renowned as the “Raverend”, he holds the record of having attended 48 parties in 48 hours twice in a row and is sought out to host top events in Nairobi. He joins top African artistes signed to Temple Management. They include the multi-talented Blinky Bill, Iyanya, DJ Jimmy Jatt and the Mavins Record Label family.
